Managing Director; Azmi Sbaiti

Founder and Managing Director, Mr. Sbaiti is an accomplished industrialist and businessman since 1954 during the Gold Coast era. He is founder of sister companies; Textile Trico Manufacturing Company Limited in 1967. Nsawam foam Company Limited, in 1973 and Nulux Plantations Limited in 1988.

Director; Sallah Sbaiti

Mr. Sallah is the younger brother of the MD. He had arrived in Ghana and joined the elder brother in 1961 and has been with the group ever since. Formerly with the armed services, he brings discipline and order to the group.

Director; Dr Bassam Sbaiti BSc.Chm.Eng. MSc. PhD

Son of the Managing Director, Doctor Bassam had been educated at the University of Manchester’s Institute of Science and Technology, where he obtained his PhD. He has worked in the UK as a research scientist at WR GRACE before returning to Ghana in 1993 to join the group.

Director; Azzam Sbaiti BSc.CE(Hons), MBA

Son of the Managing Director, Mr. Azzam had been educated at the University of Salford, Manchester where he obtained his Civil Engineering degree and later proceeded to Leeds University’s Business School where he obtained his MBA. He has worked as Production Coordinator with Ingersoll-Rand in Manchester in the UK, before returning to Ghana in 1995 to join the group.

Management Member: Samir Sbaiti

Mr. Samir Sbaiti is a Management member on company projects. He is the son of Mr. Azzam Sbaiti, the Executive Director of the company.

 

Head of Business Development, Sales & Marketing; Emmanuel Danso BSc.CE

A veteran Trade Marketing Professional with 17years experience working with Unilever Ghana in various disciplines. Competent Customer Development proficiency and can help fashion creative solutions to a wide range of customer requirements. Graduate of KNUST with a BSc degree in Civil Engineering.

Manager, Human Resource And Administration: Mr. Edward Edem Kodjo Humado:

Mr. Humado comes with 10+ years of Human Resource, Finance and Administrative services experience, having work with several distinguished organizations prior to this position.

He holds an MBA in International Business Management and Human Resource from the University of Applied Management, Germany, Ghana Campus, a Bachelor of Commerce and Education, B.Com, DipEd from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, a Diploma in Human Resources from the University of Ghana, School of Business, a Professional Advanced Certificate in Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), Geneva.

Mr. Humado is in charge of all corporate matters pertaining to Administration, Human Resource and Employee Welfare.

 

Human Resource Manager: Francis Mensah

He has both qualified and experience in human resource management for over eight (8) years. He has handled core HR activities and has deep interest in people-development. He possess a great human relations, always want to maintain a balance between personal and professional life. He holds a Masters Degree from Lorenz University, Pennsylvania.

Finance Manager; Mr. Kumar Pradeep (MBA)

Mr. Pradeep holds an MBA from the University of Wales-UK. He has worked extensively in finance management projects in India and elsewhere before joining Interface limited last year as Finance Manager.

Accountant: Mr. Yaw Mensah Abrokwa

Mr. Yaw Mensah Abrokwa is an Accountant after working in Lagos, Nigeria as an Accountant with St. Anne’s Infirmary For Women.

Before travelling to Lagos, Mr. Yaw Mensah Abrokwa worked with St. Anthony Clinic, Mankoadze Fisheries and Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Head Office as an Assistant Accountant.

Qualified as an Associate Book-Keeper in 1977 and later pursued a correspondence course with Chart Foulks Lynch in United Kingdom and obtained a Professional Accountant Certificate (AAT) under the auspices of ACCA and the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Wales) in 1985.
He has a broader and rich working experience in practical accounting. He is currently in charge of the company’s import and export and corporate tax matters.

Project Manager; John B. Akoto, B. Tech. (Civil Engineering)

A competent, self-motivation, brilliant and ambitious civil engineer who has experience and practical knowledge in Construction Supervision, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Waste Management and Project Management. Some major project supervised includes T3 thermal power plant and T2X thermal power plant in Takoradi in the Western Region of Ghana.

Showroom Manageress; Christiana Agyemang, BSc. Marketing

Christiana believes that customers are the backbone of any company as such showroom staff are trained to create a customer-centric environment where clients are welcomed with open arms, listened to and their needs and demands managed effectively. We understand the varying needs of customers which enables us to personalize our service which results in total satisfaction. Christiana holds a BSc. Degree in Marketing from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
